The massage I received from Amy on August 15, 2026 was the first real relief I’ve felt since a shoulder injury in March that eventually developed into a very painful frozen shoulder. Amy is a true master of her craft. She really knows what she’s doing. The pressure and techniques she used made a significant difference in my shoulder, and I left feeling better than I have in months. I’m not sure why I waited so long to get a massage. Part of it was fear of the unknown and, honestly, concern about the cost. But my experience with Amy at Melrose Spa was wonderful—and surprisingly affordable, especially in a time when everything costs more. I’m so glad I finally made the appointment. I will definitely be returning to Amy at Melrose Spa for follow-up massage care. I highly recommend her!

Decided to try a new place because as I was in a hurry and couldn’t get fit into where I normally go. Luckily mellow spot just it was able to take me immediately and I now have a new place for massages. Renee was amazing and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable about the muscles and the best way to work out all my kinks. Will definitely go back.

Haven't had a massage in a long time but I had a wonderful experience here. Kelly was amazing, she really took out the knots in my shoulders & thighs; which is exactly 💯 percent what I asked for. I just had an hour full body massage but as suggested by the lovely hostess, 90 minutes would have been better. I will definitely be back! Best cash I spent this year by far. 💋

OMG!!! I'm speechless. I had never gotten a massage in my life. Today after picking up lunch I seen Melrose Spa next door and decided to pamper myself as I'd been always wanting one a massage. I called and they were able to get me scheduled for the same day. I went and Cindy was my masseuse. I'm very insecure of my body and she made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and I enjoyed every minute of my 1 hour massage. Cindy has the hands of a magician, soft yet very stong. I'll definitely be back.

They do superb work and are always available. Their technique is great and they really work hard to get all my knots. Perhaps it's due to inflation but the price of a 90 min massage went from $90 to $100 within a month - ouch! Unless they are including a tip? I typically tip $20 for a 60 min and $40 for a 90 min massage. 5 stars for quality service but 4 stars for the price.
